Snug Hollow Bed and Breakfast Retreat

Women of Middle Tennessee, East Tennessee and Louisville, Kentucky, converge! How incredible it will be to have all of you amazing women meet in person and connect! Times are wild. Let’s take a break together. We need each other now more than ever.

Gather for a special time of community, creativity, joy, rest and fellowship! Bring your art supplies, musical instruments, card sets, gifts, wisdom, stories, songs and anything else you’d like to share. Most importantly, bring your beautiful self! There’s no agenda. We’re just going with the flow.

$125 per person, per day + $55 for dinner + tax = $196.10 (total per person, per day) gratuity not included 

*this includes breakfast, dinner and accommodations* ALSO: When you contact Will to register (via email or phone), be sure and talk with him about pricing to get a more solid idea of what it would cost for you. The more of us who register and gather, the more the price goes down! So by the time you register, the $125 price may have gone down a good bit! :D

Check in starts at 3pm, and checkout is at 11am. 

***Food***

Breakfast is served at 9am, and dinner is served between 6-6:30pm. Breakfast and dinner are feasts at Snug Hollow!

Make sure when you register to let the folks at Snug Hollow know about any dietary needs. They’re very flexible, understanding and fantastic to work with!

***Rooms and cabins***

We’ll be staying in the brand new retreat house. We’ll have at least two full bathrooms and plenty of sleeping space. You’ll be sharing sleeping space with others, so if you’re a light sleeper, remember your ear plugs. All of the cabins/suites are fully furnished with towels, linens, extra blankets, kitchens are stocked with coffee/tea, and bathrooms have hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.

When you register, mention that you’re registering for the February Women’s retreat, and mention Theresa Adamchik-Gingerich (one of the Lady Gems from Louisville) or me, and Will will know who/what you’re talking about.

Though Theresa and I are hosting, we’re not collecting any monies. Everyone will pay individually upon checkout. Easy peasy!

Also, carpool if you can. Parking is limited.
